Microsoft EPM Training

The role-based EPM training delivered by PSL provides all stakeholders, at any level of competency, hands-on training in the use of Microsoft EPM within the context of your business processes.

Programme Managers

These users use EPM to manage interdependent projects and resolve common resource conflicts.

Team Members

These are Work Package Managers, Task leaders or Team Members. They use EPM to review their tasks across all projects and collaborate with Project Managers.

Executives

These are Business Group Managers, Performance Managers etc. They use EPM to review the performance on divisional projects.

Resource Managers

These are Capability Group Leaders etc who use EPM to review and analyse their resource demands across all the projects including up-coming 'Proposed' work.

EPM Application Administrators

Application Administrators responsible for setting up, configuring and customising the Microsoft Office Project Web Access and advanced analysis tools required to utilise the powerful capabilities of Microsoft Office Project as an Enterprise Project Management tool.

EPM Infrastructure Administrators

Administrators who are responsible for maintenance, administration of Project 2007 Server deployment including backup & recovery within their organisation and those responsible for second line support.
